Open AI MCP App - Designed and built an AI-powered conversational platform using ChatGPT as a connector, implemented with MCP and Python. Architected high-performance asynchronous services using FastMCP and Uvicorn, with Firestore as the primary datastore. Led end-to-end platform deployment by containerizing services and shipping them via a GHCR-backed CI/CD pipeline to a GKE cluster. Authored Helm charts to manage Kubernetes resources, including deployments, services, and autoscaling. Implemented Kubernetes Ingress and DNS configuration to expose the MCP server securely, ensuring scalable, reliable, and production-ready infrastructure.

Ingestion Control Platform - Designed and built a scalable data ingestion and monitoring platform for device-space management, streaming real-time telemetry over MQTT and processing it with Rust and Axum. Developed an AI-powered, agentic conversational interface by integrating multiple LLMs (OpenAI, Grok, and Ollama), leveraging context engineering to dynamically generate high-quality prompts from both streaming and historical data. Architected and implemented an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server-host architecture to securely expose domain-specific tools and datasets, enabling autonomous, tool-invoking LLM agents for advanced querying and analytical workflows. Data Ingestion and Service Management Platform - For a Smart Metering firm, led the design and operation of a large-scale Data Ingestion and Service Management Platform for a smart metering provider using Go and Cassandra. The platform ingests high-volume metering data from multiple customer Elasticsearch clusters into a unified distributed processing layer, enabling real-time operational visibility. Integrated our own custom OAuth 2.0 system with customer Azure AD to enforce secure, fine-grained access control across platform services. Owned production reliability and SRE practices by deploying containerized services via a GHCR-backed CI/CD pipeline to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Defined and enforced SLIs and SLAs based on customer-provided KPIs, implementing automated anomaly detection and SLA breach monitoring across ingestion throughput, latency, and availability. Built end-to-end observability using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana, including Kubernetes and Cassandra health, capacity, and performance dashboards. Integrated incident.io to automatically trigger incidents, alerts, and stakeholder notifications on SLA violations, establishing measurable reliability targets, rapid incident response, and continuous service improvement.

Authentication and Authorization Service - Drove the end-to-end development of an OAuth 2.0-compliant authorization platform for service accounts using Rust, Warp, and Hyper, inspired by the Google Zanzibar access-control model. Implemented multi-IdP authentication and federation supporting Google, Microsoft, X, OpenLDAP, and other identity providers for a centralized access-control application. Architected the platform with a pluggable, feature-gated Rust design, enabling seamless switching of databases and identity integrations based on customer requirements.
